~ Good Communication Skills
~ Excellent Time and Team Management Skills
~ Should be enthusiastic and have high energy levels
~ Diploma Civil with 3-4 yrs experience in managing large retail/real estate projects may apply
~ Basic Computer knowledge with AutoCAD
~ Responsible for the complete Project Management function of the new/renewal stores
~ Responsible for checking quality, quantity of materials for constructing new/renewal stores
~ Supervision of new/renewal stores and expansion of territory
~ Interface between architect / interior designer, contractors, suppliers and vendors
~ Liaison with the legal department and the builder
