Asst. Manager-Properties (Land Acquisition)

Rs. 2.0 Lakhs / Ann. (Negotiable)

~ Will be responsible for acquiring / purchase land
~ Identification of land, handling complete due diligence, seeking approvals and clearances form various authorities pertaining to acquisition of land
~ Liaison with the owners/landlord/agents, Local people, Govt. for purchase of land/property for the best value buying
~ Must have a thorough knowledge of the local town planning rules and building regulations
~ Compare a property prices with similar properties that have been recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price
~ Shortlist properties along with possible value for the property
~Check that all terms and conditions are described in the signed agreement
~ Must have atleast 1 years experience in Real Estate Industry with good communication skills
~ Candidates from Real Estate / Property Consulting companies will be given preference
~ Tracking real estate developments, new townships, malls etc
~ Should have sufficient expertise in identifying potential properties
