~ Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
~ Good Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills
~ Retail or FMCG Stores experience should be must
~ Proven People Management Skills
~ Understanding of food products, pricing strategy, customer preferences, market trends, etc
~ Acquisition of New Customers
~ Responsible for profitability and overall management of the Store
~ Monitor & Implement Sales Plan in Order to Support Sales Strategy
~ Handling the store staffs, possessing the leadership quality
~ Training to the Store staffs - Product Knowledge & Selling techniques
~ Ensuring the stock levels are maintained
